摘要:【中文摘要】 結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,根據(jù)其建筑功能、負(fù)荷特性和實(shí)際條件,提出了六種不同的空調(diào)冷熱源方案。綜合評(píng)價(jià)了不同方案的初投資、年運(yùn)行費(fèi)用、占地面積、方案的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)等,并運(yùn)用了價(jià)值工程方法進(jìn)行計(jì)算,z*終選擇價(jià)值指數(shù)z*高的土壤源熱泵+冰蓄冷系統(tǒng)(三工況機(jī)組)為設(shè)計(jì)方案。 【英文摘要】 Based on function,load characteristics and circumstances of the project,six cold/heat source schemes are proposed and initial invest,annual operating cost,room area,advantages are analyzed.Estimation has been carried out using the value engineering method.Finally,ground-source heat pump and ice storage system is chosed as the final design scheme because of the highest value engineering index. 【中文關(guān)鍵詞】 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì); 空調(diào)方案; 價(jià)值工程; 價(jià)值指數(shù)【英文關(guān)鍵詞】 system design; air-conditioning schemes; value engineering; value index
