摘要：【摘要】 介紹了中建大廈暖通空調(diào)系統(tǒng)以及自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。本工程采用了水冷離心式冷水機(jī)組和蓄熱電鍋爐作為空調(diào)冷熱源,水系統(tǒng)采用了冷水大溫差設(shè)計(jì),并在空氣處理系統(tǒng)中采用了熱回收裝置,有效地減少了系統(tǒng)能耗。z*后,總結(jié)了項(xiàng)目在實(shí)際使用中存在的一些問(wèn)題。 【Abstract】 The design of the HVAC systems and its automatic control system for Zhongjian office building was introduced.In this project,water-cooled centrifugal chillers and heat storage electric boilers were used as cold and heat sources,the chilled water was designed with large temperature difference operation and with the recovery unit was adopted in the air handling system,they all effectively reducing the system's energy consumption.Finally,the problems in the system's actual operation were also summarized. 【關(guān)鍵詞】 冷水機(jī)組; 電鍋爐; 二次泵水系統(tǒng); 變風(fēng)量; 熱回收; 節(jié)能【Key words】 water chiller; electric boiler; secondary pump system; variable air volume; heat recovery; energy saving
